Project Description

The concert hall adopts the design plan of the famous Japanese planning and design architects Arta Isozaki Studio. The overall shape adopts the design of "floating ice crystals". The exterior of the building adopts steel structure and glass curtain wall, which is in harmony with the ice sculpture art of Harbin and Qunli New District. The idea of creating ice and snow culture is merged. Against the backdrop of the night sky, the "floating ice crystals" are crystal clear, like a brilliant diamond that lights up the night in Harbin, the "city of music".
